Appointment Reservation Policy

• Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you.

• Our artists work by appointment, so reserving your time means that time is no longer available to other guests.

Cancellation Policy

• We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or appointment change.

• Your first late cancellation (less than 24 hours' notice) will be documented as a courtesy.

• Additional late cancellations may require a 50% booking deposit before future appointments can be scheduled.

• We understand emergencies happen. If unexpected circumstances arise, please contact us as soon as possible.

No-Show Policy

• If you do not arrive for your appointment and we have not heard from you, a 50% booking deposit will be required before scheduling another appointment.

• The booking deposit will be applied toward your future service.

Children

• We ask that you leave your children at home, unless they are receiving a service. We work with sharp instruments and hot tools and want to avoid potentially dangerous situations. If an emergency arises and you do need to bring your children, please ensure they are able to remain quietly near your side to avoid disturbing other guests and encountering dangerous objects.
